Côr Cymraeg Rehoboth (Rehoboth Welsh Choir) is a performance choir in the great tradition of choirs from the valleys of Wales. Classical, folk, and modern music from around the world is all part of the choir repertoire performed in both Welsh and English. The choir is directed by David Tramontana, with choir accompanist Diane Sell.

Organized in 1984 following a visit by Pendyrus Male Choir from the Rhondda Valley in South Wales, the choir takes its name from Rehoboth Welsh Church in Delta, Pennsylvania, one of the few remaining Welsh-American congregations in the United States. However, the choir is a completely independent and non-profit organization.  Choir members come from as far away as Delaware and Washington D. C. The thirty-five voice choir has entertained at such diverse locations as the Smithsonian Institution in Washington D. C., Baltimore’s Cathedral of Mary Our Queen, the Welsh Congregational Church of New York City, Welsh-American Festivals in several East Coast locations, and at concerts throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.  During a concert tour of Wales in 1992, the choir competed in the Royal National Eisteddfod in Aberystwyth where they won a prize – rare for an American group.  In 1998 the choir traveled to England, Wales, and France for a Celtic concert tour, culminating with the choir’s performance at the Cathedral of Notre Dame in Paris.  In November of 2000 the choir performed at the wedding of film actors Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones at the Plaza Hotel in New York City.

In June/July 2008, Côr Cymraeg Rehoboth traveled to Maine and Nova Scotia, Canada on a very successful 8-day concert tour, during which they performed in the prestigious Vanderkay Summer Music Series in Blue Hill, Maine, and also in Northeast Harbor and Ellsworth, Maine, and in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
